This service is provided strictly for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and does not constitute a financial investment, gambling, or a game of chance for profit.
2. User Responsibility & Local Laws
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with all local, state, and international laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency, digital assets, and online entertainment. If you are accessing this service from a jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited, you must immediately cease use.
3. Fortune Test & Reward Policy
By participating in the optional Fortune Test, you acknowledge the following structure:
- Rewards are distributed only upon successful selection of a winning card.
- Winners receive 3x their purchase amount, with a 1.5% service fee deducted from the total.
- All transactions are final. No refunds will be provided for delivered digital content or completed games.
4. Provably Fair & Technical Disclaimer
We utilize a Provably Fair algorithm to ensure the integrity of our digital events. However, we are not liable for:
- Network-wide failures or routing issues within the Lightning Network.
- Downtime or breaches originating from third-party infrastructure (e.g., Blink API, Cloud hosting).
- Loss of funds due to incorrect Lightning Address input by the user.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, use automated bots, or engage in sybil attacks (multiple accounts) will result in an immediate and permanent ban without reward distribution.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador, where Bitcoin is recognized as legal tender. Any disputes or legal actions arising out of or in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of El Salvador. You hereby waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
